Chocolate Block Wine is an opulent style with super-fine tannins and a luscious palate giving out distinctly chocolately notes. This powerful wine with good fruit and some spice tempered by flavours of dark chocolate is great with food, it is perfectly suited to chargrilled steak, game and roasts or try it with bitter dark chocolate.
The Syrah and Viognier fruit come from the Swartland with its unique growing conditions. Smooth, silky and luxurious, this wine is ready to drink, although will benefit from some ageing also.
