Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms tell you who we are, how we provide the Service, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

Our Service is operated and provided by RJS Retail Ltd Trading As Secret Drinks (“we” or “us”).

About our service

The purpose of our Service is to provide a simple and convenient ordering and delivering service to you, allowing you to place orders which are then delivered to you.

Secret Drinks is a fully licensed alcohol delivery service operating 7 days a week throughout the UK. If you live outside the delivery areas, a message will appear on screen notifying you that ordering online will not be possible.

Our contract with you

Once you place an Order you will receive an email confirming that your Order has been received and accepted (the “Confirmation Email”). On receipt of this Confirmation Email this is the point at which a contract will come into existence between you and us.

Availability of service and delivery

We provide an ordering and delivery service throughout the UK Mainland.

We will attempt to deliver your order on the day specified when you place your order. However, we will not be liable to you for any delay in the delivery of your order.

Estimated times for deliveries are only estimates. We do not guarantee that Orders will be delivered within the estimated times

Your status

By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years old.

Price and Payment

The price of any products in your order and the delivery charges will be the price indicated on the order pages of our service when you placed your Order. Prices include VAT. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of products and delivery charges are correct.

Payment for orders can be made by an accepted credit or debit card through our service. Once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card payment will be authorised and the order amount will be marked for payment. Where any payment you make is not authorised your order will not be processed.

Cancellation and Returns

If you would like to cancel or return your order please contact us soon as possible. You may cancel your order at any time until seven days after the goods have been received, but you will be liable for the initial delivery cost. You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost. The goods must arrive back to us unopened and undamaged. It is your responsibility to return it to:

All credits will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the goods have been returned within that period.

Claims for Breakages

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us within 48 hours. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.

We will provide a full refund or replacement of any products that are faulty. We must be notified of damaged or faulty products within 3 working days of receipt. We may require the faulty products to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary. On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this within 2 working days of receipt.

Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 3 working days of delivery.

Events outside of our control

For the purposes of these terms, “Force Majeure Event” means an event beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, fire, flood, storm or default of our Retailers or Drivers.

We shall not be liable to you as a result of any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

Entire agreement

These terms constitute the whole agreement between you and us and supersede all previous correspondence, arrangements, understandings or agreements between us relating to the subject matter.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

Changes to our service

We may update our Service from time to time and may change the content on our Service at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our website will be free from errors or omissions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
